Caelan Hidalgo Schick

Caelan Hidalgo Schick is the Operations Director at Permit Power. Her background includes project management, nonprofit consulting, and event coordination at large and small nonprofits and political organizations. She joins Permit Power from the Sierra Club, where she helped set up and manage department-wide processes and projects, and run large-scale events. Previously, Caelan worked in operations and advancement in smaller-scale nonprofits, coached nonprofit leaders, and ran Latinx coalitions programming at the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.
