Talor Gruenwald is the Research Director at Permit Power. His work is at the intersection of energy policy, applied statistical analysis, and data science. His research has focused on quantifying the economic and environmental benefits of clean energy deployment, including residential rooftop solar, home batteries, and building electrification. Talor joins Permit Power from Rewiring America, where he helped develop quantitative analyses and software tools demonstrating the potential economic and greenhouse gas emissions savings of residential electrification. Before Rewiring America, Talor worked on policy research at the clean energy think tank RMI.
