Lindsey Hallock is the Interconnection Policy Director of Permit Power. She is a policy expert with more than ten years of experience in infrastructure and energy policy. Lindsey came to Permit Power from Vote Solar, where she was the Deputy Program Director for the Southeast and oversaw a team of regulatory and legislative analysts working on the clean energy transition. Prior to that, she led the policy department for a public water utility in North Carolina, where she led efforts to integrate climate adaptation and mitigation into utility capital improvement planning.
